3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and it is determined that the issue is due to a fault with our product, a refund may be considered.

4. Duplicate Purchases

In the event that you purchase the same digital product more than once, we will offer a refund for the duplicate transaction, provided that you notify us within 7 days of the purchase.

5. Refund Process

6. Cancellation Policy
